Colective Housing North-South Axis, Loures
Public Competition

The project was a response to the contest promoted by Municipality of Loures for the construction of a housing complex in the North-South axis.

The proposal was based on the establishment of a total continuity of the road and pedestrian networks in the area, paying attention to the existing topography and urban grid, with the creation of public spaces.

Respecting the volumetry foreseen in the initial study, we introduced a more organic character to the volumes – in their implantation and shape.

The solution presents a series of collective green spaces, in frank relation with the residencial buildings, creating a safe and pleasant space for community and family living.

Result: 4th place
